So ideally you can listen to all of them within a span of 3 days or less.

Also we highly recommend you to be aware of how you spend your remaining hours in those 3 days... (Consider staying in some sort of meditation/sacred mode for these hours, and refraining from low vibration thoughts, books, movies, entertainment, social media or actions)

Note: During a Heart Sanctuary Weekend the energies and the energetic support are stronger and the information shared is more detailed than during our Global Meditations. This is because we have much more time and because there is a different level of commitment from the participants.
