This 35 minute meditation was brought through during our 1st Alchemy Gathering, held on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada in September 2014. Before beginning the meditation please write down the fear you wish to release. This process can be used many times, for different fears. After the process we suggest you drink lots of water and ensure you get extra rest.
