I understand that participation in the above event and activities could include actions or tasks, which might be hazardous to the participant. By signing below, I assume any risk of harm or injury which might occur to the participant due to his/her/my participation in the event or activities. I release the organizations, businesses and individuals named above from all liability, cost in damages which might arise from participation in the above named event or activities. I further give my consent for the individuals named above to seek emergency medical treatment if necessary. I agree to accept financial responsibility for the costs related to this emergency treatment for myself. Neither The Alchemy Collective Consciousness nor any members of the Ground Crew, are acting in the capacity of medical or mental practitioners nor financial, legal, business or other types of experts. All sessions, discussions and comments are considered informational, entertainment or point of view. I indemnify, hold harmless and promise not to sue the entities or persons mentioned above from any and all claims made as a result of participation in this event or activities, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise.
