I release the organizations, businesses and individuals named above from all liability, cost in damages which might arise from participation in the above name event or activities. I further give my consent for the organization or business or individuals named above to seek emergency medical treatment if necessary. I agree to accept financial responsibility for the costs related to this emergency treatment for myself. Neither The Alchemy Collective Consciousness nor any members of the Ground Crew, are acting in the capacity of medical or mental practitioners nor financial, legal, business or other types of experts. All sessions, discussions and comments are considered informational entertainment or point of view.
